Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms govern the use of VerifAmende.net, published by SAS iroko. The service provides an educational analysis of fine notices (VérifScore, vigilance points, recommendations) and, optionally, a contestation package including a formal letter and a submission guide.

VerifAmende.net is not a law firm and does not provide individual legal advice: SAS iroko acts as the publisher of a decision-support tool. The automated analysis is based on the information provided and the documents uploaded; it does not guarantee any outcome (cancellation, reduction or rejection of a contestation). Our standard contestation letters are drafted by partner lawyers specialising in traffic law, then automatically adapted to your case. The final decision to act is yours.

The service covers France, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom. VIGI checks licence plate consistency against national formats: France SIV AA-000-AA and FNI 0000-AA-00; Spain 0000-BBB; Italy AB-000-CD; United Kingdom AB00-CDE; Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Portugal on an indicative basis. A plate inconsistent with the country's format is flagged as a vigilance point in the analysis.

The initial analysis is free and accessible without an account. Creating an account (email + password) lets you save your analyses, documents and cases, and receive deadline reminders. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the accuracy of the information you provide.

During the launch phase, until 1 October 2026 inclusive, the entire service (analysis and contestation package) is free. After that, the analysis remains free and the contestation package is charged at €39 incl. VAT per ticket, as a one-off payment, with no subscription, processed by Stripe. No refund is due once the letter has been generated, the service then being fully performed.

You agree to upload only documents that concern you or for which you hold a mandate, not to attempt to harm the service, and to use the generated letters in good faith. Any false statement in a contestation is your sole responsibility.

SAS iroko uses all reasonable means to ensure the availability and accuracy of the service, without any obligation of result. SAS iroko cannot be held liable for decisions of the authorities (ANTAI, OMP, DGT, courts) or for the consequences of erroneous information provided by the user.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, first seek an amicable solution via contact@verifamende.net; failing that, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction. Users residing in the EU retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
