VerifAmende.net is published by SAS iroko, a French simplified joint-stock company, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France ([SIREN to be completed]), acting on behalf of SAS zeropv, a company in the process of incorporation. Contact: contact@verifamende.net.
2. Services and prices
VIGI analysis: free. Contestation package: free until 1 October 2026 inclusive (launch offer), then €39 incl. VAT per ticket, as a one-off payment with no subscription. Applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.
3. Payment
Payments are securely processed by Stripe (bank cards). The package is unlocked as soon as payment is confirmed. No banking data is stored by SAS iroko.
4. Performance of the service
The contestation package — a formal letter drafted by partner traffic-law lawyers and adapted to your situation, the list of documents to attach, and the submission guide — is generated immediately after unlocking and remains available in your account.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with your express consent. By unlocking your package, you expressly waive this right for the generated letter.
