Data collected
Account: name, email address, password (encrypted, never stored in plain text), preferred language. Analyses: notice number, offence date and type, location, amount, licence plate, uploaded documents (photo/PDF read by OCR). Payments: processed entirely by Stripe; we never store your banking data. Technical: connection logs for security purposes.
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used exclusively to: provide the analysis of your notice (performance of the contract), manage your account and cases, send you transactional emails (analysis confirmation, contestation deadline reminder, password reset) and secure the service (legitimate interest). No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Sub-processors
Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional emails), Emergent (hosting, storage and AI analysis). Documents submitted for analysis are processed by an AI model via Emergent infrastructure, with no retention beyond the provision of the service.
Retention periods
Account and analyses: lifetime of the account. Documents: until you delete them or close your account. Transactions: applicable legal accounting periods.
Your rights
In accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 — and, depending on your country of residence, equivalent regulations (UK GDPR, Spanish LOPDGDD, Italian law no. 131/2018) — you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction.
